Standard delivery — $9.50
One flat $9.50 delivery fee applies per order. Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Once a parcel leaves us, delivery timing depends on the destination and delivery service.
Dispatch update
We will send an update to the email address provided at checkout when your order has been handed to the delivery service. Check spam or promotional folders if the message does not appear in your inbox.
Please check compatibility
Before you order, compare the stated adapter and connection type with your existing watch band. This helps avoid a return caused by the wrong connection format.
Returns
14 days from delivery
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the band is unused, in original condition and returned with its original packaging. Contact us with your order reference before returning any item.
Return postage and refunds
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds are made to the original payment method. Payment providers may take additional time to show the credit.
Care before return
Please do not condition, wash, alter or remove protective components from a band if you think you may return it. A product showing use or material alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
